Do you know who you are? Do you know your strengths, weaknesses, and innate abilities? If not, what are you waiting for? To build trust you must know yourself, you must know your team. It is also important to get the right people into the right positions. Take the attached assessment and send me your results. I will make a player card for you.

The knowledge of your strengths can do more to springboard you toward more success than anything else I know. Don't focus too much on your weaknesses. Neutralize them, but spend most of your time on your strengths. Those are what you will use to change the world.
